Trainee Estimator

NCS are looking for a Junior Building Estimator to join one of our Clients who operate within small works division in various Health Care Trusts. The right person will ideally have experience specifically within in the Joinery sector.

The client is well established in the North East, carrying out projects at various Hospitals such as South Tyneside General Hospital, NSECH at Cramlington, Wansbeck, Durham and also Darlington.

The office is Situated Willington Quay, Newcastle upon Tyne,

Project values range from anything up to in excess of £1m.

Due to increased volume of workload and success of being accepted onto further frameworks, they are needing to expand their already established team comprising of another Estimator and three Project Managers.

You must be able to provide the following:

- Previous experience in similar role
- Previous experience operating within the building sector, ideally Joinery
- Driving licence

Package to include company car or car allowance and scope for progression.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
