**Job Title: Project Coordinator**
**Salary:£23,000.00 - £25,000.00 per year**
**Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5pm 37.5hrs per week**
**Location:Watford ( WD17) Office Based**
**Permanent Position.**
**My client is currently recruiting for a experienced coordinator Project Coordinator to join their team on permanent contract.
Duties include:**:
- Providing clients with a knowledgeable and confident point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Attending regular meetings and/or calls with clients through the implementation or project process and responding to questions and requests from clients in a prompt manner.
- Accurately capture and document client requirements
- Work closely with other areas of the organisation to support an integrated approach to the service delivery, client retention and growth.
- Over time, become an awesome brand ambassador, who is able to demonstrate an understanding of the organisation’s activities and structure.
- Support clients with the provision of data required for launch, including checking, manipulation, and configuration of the data
- Co-ordinating testing of service configurations for client implementations with other departments
- Ensuring project documentation is updated in a timely manner.
- Supporting the implementation and training team to deliver manager training workshops as required.
- Assisting with the creation, ordering and delivery of printed client communications literature, such as employee booklets, letters, key fobs, posters etc.
- Maintaining a positive relationship with all relevant internal teams to ensure effective handovers and client satisfaction.
- Provide proactive, hands-on assistance to all relevant departments, displaying a will do/can do attitude and being a supportive and calming influence in times of increased business pressure.

- Excellent Microsoft Application skills including MS Project
- The ability to deliver clear and engaging presentations and product demonstrations to any audience, from team leaders to Board level
- Experience writing clear and accurate copy for a variety of materials including client
- facing documentation
- Experience working on end
- to-end projects, using MS Project
- An eye for detail, with excellent organisational skills, delivering to deadlines
- Amazing customer service skills that come as second nature.
