Graduate Bioclimatic Designer

We are seeking a Graduate Bioclimatic Designer to join our specialist Bioclimatic Design team in our London office.

Guided by the Senior members of the team, over the first two years you will learn how to perform environmental analyses from inception to completion, producing calculations, presentations and reports to meet the design requirements, liaising with other members of the team and ensuring the co-ordination of design required on the project.

What we look for:

- A good Masters degree in Structural / Civil / Façade / Architecture or relevant
- Experience, competency and flexibility to rise to challenging situations and take on responsibility appropriate to your capability
- Basic knowledge of CFD (OpenFOAM) or Lighting (Radiance) software, and interest in Machine Learning applied to Environmental Design
- Experience in visual programming in Grasshopper will be an asset
- Have a desire to work constructively in a team, finding holistic design solutions
- Programming experience in scripting languages (C# or Matlab or Python), and basic knowledge of Linux would be beneficial
- Have good analytical skills
- Have an interest in Architecture

You will have the opportunity over time to assume greater levels of responsibility and autonomy as your professional skills develop, and you will be supported towards Chartership.
