SENIOR SALES CONSULTANT - NEW PROJECTS

THE COMPANY

We are a residential construction company based in Stanmore, NW London, specialising in building house extensions, conversions and refurbishments to the highest standard.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking to appoint a (regionally based) senior sales consultant to act in a freelance, self-employed capacity.
- The role involves visiting home owners and architects from company leads provided and offering our company’s services.
- You will manage the sales process, assessing the homeowners requirements, consulting and obtaining the relevant information, to include plans, drawings, project specifications for our costing department to prepare the quotations.
- You will be presenting the quotations to the customers / homeowners and winning the contracts for the projects.

We provide a comprehensive training programme with ongoing guidance and support.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION FOR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- You will require your own vehicle and insurance.
- If you have experience in property, as an estate agent (or other), or in home improvements, design consultation with homeowners; i.e., fitted kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms or any other productsthen this role is most suitable for you.
- If you can inspire your customer by understanding their needs and turning their project into a vision, which then leads to reality. Then this role is most suitable for you.
- If you want to act for a company that doesn’t compromise on quality and service. Then this role is most suitable for you.
- You will need to be an experienced sales negotiator, proactive, self-starter, motivated achiever with excellent communicative, negotiating, organisational skills, possessing the drive, attitude, ability and tenacity to succeed.

TIME COMMITMENT + LOCATION: You will be operating regionally from your home location (ideally within 40 miles of Stanmore), the appointment allows for flexible time commitments.

REMUNERATION

This opportunity provides a highly lucrative performance led package, comprising of a generous commission-based fee structure (OTE 150k)
