**LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR** **- **Residential Lettings Agency**

**Location: Tunbridge Wells, TN1**

**Salary: OTE £30**k**

**Position: Permanent **- **Full Time**

This is an amazing opportunity for a keen, enthusiastic and experienced **Lettings Negotiator** to join a leading, local **Lettings Agent** with offices in the Tunbridge Wells area.

You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for letting residential property.

In addition, you will be passionate about delivering a superior service in an environment where you will be rewarded for your skill, ability and teamwork.

**Skills: The skills required for this** Lettings **Negotiator** (Residential Lettings) **role will include**:

- Previous residential lettings experience essential
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells area helpful
- Full driving license and own car essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Lettings
- A desire to succeed
