The role is to assist with accurate record keeping and maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction and fulfilment of projected growth as well as to maintain good working relations within a multi site organisation.

**DUTIES**

Data Entry. Accurate record keeping of sales ledgers. Updating delivery notes. Generating Invoices and

Making and receiving sales calls. This will entail maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, Driver efficiency and assisting with fulfilment of projected growth throughout Wales.

Credit Control. Ensuring customer accounts are kept up to date, acting on aging debtors and relaying information on a multi organisational level of aging accounts in order to keep debtors to a minimum and maintain good cash flow.

Regular training will be given throughout this employment on a number of topics.

**SKILLS, QUALIFIATIONS & ATTRIBUTES**
- Strong telephone skills
- Understanding of the sales process and how to utilise it to maximum advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience of working effectively and efficiently both individually and within a team
- Strong communication skills with ability to build good customer relationships
- Good level of computer and keyboard skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
