**We’re looking for experienced principal recruitment consultants that are ready to launch their own recruitment agency startup.**

Launching a startup can be an incredibly rewarding experience. The potential for personal and professional growth is immense, as you have the chance to create something from scratch and watch it grow into something successful.

As the founder of your own business with our proven joint venture model, you’ll enjoy equity ownership, dividend payments, a guaranteed salary, and the opportunity to create your own recruitment brand, with few of the risks typically associated with startup ventures. And instead of working for someone else, you’ll be able to enjoy the fruits of your labour, as we help your business scale at pace, employing additional recruiters and expanding your capabilities, all while increasing the value of your equity share.

Although this role has been advertised in Liverpool, we’re flexible on location and can support startups alongside any of our regional hubs throughout the UK, or setting up entirely new locations. What’s more important is your attitude, your skills and experience, and your desire to create a successful recruitment business with us. So what are you waiting for?

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
