We are working with a well-established Multinational Fin-tech Payments company who are building out an Operational presence in Coventry.

A new role that has opened up here is in the company's most exciting and new team. This role will be a Payments Operations Executive in the (FIG) Financial Institutions Group team.
This role will be based in Coventry working on a hybrid working model, and will partner with the team in the London and Hong Kong Offices. Giving the right person a deep dive into a really diverse, exciting and new division of Banking.

As a Payments Operations Executive you will provide payments operations support to the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and its clients in Europe, Middle East, Asia and the Americas. To ensure all payment transactions are processed accurately, compliantly,efficiently and cost effectively. As part of the FIG team.
Some responsibilities will be
- Process FX deals
- Process customer payments in the company systems
- Process customer payments via SWIFT
- Raise invoices
- Undertake business critical reporting
- Provide exceptional service to the FIG teams in sales, dealing and logistics
- Working closely with the federal reserve bank in the USA
- Perform daily bank account reconciliations
- Inform dealing teams of unsettled customer transactions

Skills and Knowledge
- Experience gained in operations, working in a deadline orientated and fast paced environment
- Experience in interacting with trading partners and adding value to the business supported
- Knowledge of payment platforms, reconciliations and investigations
- Preferable to have experience in SWIFT payment messages and query management
- Proficient in Excel and Word
