**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Operate tills and handle transactions accurately.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering customer calls.
- Serve on the bar or table service.
- Follow company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £9.18-£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Canterbury: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
