**Breakfast Cook**

**We are currently working with the government on a Asylum contract and are looking to expand our team.**

**Job description**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes
- Input on new menu ideas
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance to food safety regulations
- Monitor stock levels
- Work with other team members to maintain a clean work environment

**Experience**
- Previous experience in kitchen work essential
- Knowledge and understanding of dietary requirements and allergens.
- Maintaining records
- Food Hygiene certificate - desirable - full training will be given

Hours are:
7am-1pm
5 days over 7 (can be flexible with this)
Weekend work required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-30 per week

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.42 per hour
