**Dynamos Intro Ambassador**

**Fixed Term 12 months FT (40 hrs/ week)**

We are excited to be looking for a Dynamos Intro Ambassador to join the Foundation at Emirates Old Trafford, home of Lancashire Cricket.

We are in search of an individual whose role involves building connections with local stakeholders (such as Local Authorities, Schools, Leisure Centres, and Faith Groups) to offer Dynamos Cricket opportunities for the most deprived and disadvantaged children. Additionally, individuals will be expected to assist in directly delivering sessions to these participants, no prior cricket delivery knowledge is necessary.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Delivering Dynamos Intros Cricket courses to children in local schools and communities.
- Establishing and cultivating relationships with local community groups.
- Assisting County Board staff in the recruitment and engagement of volunteers
- Developing a local plan for the training and deployment of volunteers across the local area.
- Overseeing the monitoring and evaluation of the project, providing monthly updates to the County Board, Sky, and the ECB.
- Managing and monitoring the budget at the local level.
- Provide administrative support to collect and publicise information on best practice / case studies / surveys and in generating the feedback from the relevant service use

**Please note** that although the primary focus of this role is on building relationships and managing stakeholders within local community groups, there is also an anticipated involvement in session delivery. No prior cricket knowledge is necessary, as training will be provided

**Experience **/ Qualifications / Training**
- A strong enthusiasm for engaging in activities with young people
- Outstanding skills in managing stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency in end-to-end project management, including monitoring and evaluation
- Sales experience is advantageous (specifically within the sports industry is not mandatory)
- An inspiring and nurturing leadership approach
- A dedication to the holistic development of individuals
- A proven track record of successfully executing projects involving multiple partners
