**Full Description**:
You will adhere to all relevant policies and procedures and be a part of the efficient running of the home, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere for our residents and your colleagues.

If you wish to start a new career in care, we also offer in house training and development programs for all persons who want to learn, develop and work with people with physical disabilities.

- Extensive induction training
- Care Certificate completion
- Specific training and qualifications suited to care needs
- NVQ qualifications

**We Can Offer**:

- Excellent hourly rates of pay, with annual uplifts, with clear pay bands.
- Extra hourly rates paid for weekends with £0.50 Sat / £0.75 Sun.
- Extra hourly rates paid for Bank Cover with £0.75 M-F /£1.50 Sat/ £2.00 Sun
- Extra Monies paid for Bank Holidays
- Optional Nest Pension Scheme
- Paid Annual Leave with 28 days Pro-Rata Leave - Regular Staff and development meetings
- Unlimited use of employee referral scheme with £250 bonus.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends as per the rota.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Be able to keep calm in challenging situations.
- Be computer literate and competent at writing care notes
