**Senior Sales Executive - Must have experience selling HGV Curtains Sides**

Minimum of £38,000 per annum depending on experience, plus car allowance (£5k), 15% bonus with potential to increase, Pension, Private Medical, 24+8 days holiday increases with service.

The Senior Sales Executive position is expected to improve and retain our market share with respect to new accounts and increase revenue. The SSE is expected to identify and generate business opportunities to improve profitability. The role should help developour position or reputation as a market leader within the commercial vehicle sector.

The position ultimately reports directly to the UK Country Manager & Commercial Director and will report to and take direction from the General Sales Manager. This provides an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional on an upward career trajectory.

Sales UK-wide. Selling to Transport companies, trailer and body builders. Working for an international, market-leading business this role will see you supplying a range of products to Transport, Trailer and Vehicle Body Builders.

In a high-growth area of the business, you will be responsible for new business conversion and cross-selling to customers already using group products, but not curtain sides.

**The Senior Sales Executive's main duties will include.**
- Performing financial predictions by preparing the annual budgets forecast in relation to your accounts and to support the wider team budget targets.
- Seek out appropriate contacts within customer organisations.
- Meet with customers either face to face and or via electronic means as needed.
- Developing and managing your sales funnel and opportunties through to bid win.
- Use sound strategic methods and thinking to support the company’s wider aims and goals.
- Discuss, guide and contribute to marketing activities.
- Work with the existing sales team to help grow and develop our business through achieving long term positive client relationships.
- Promote LoadLok Roland UK products and technologies to deliver value to the customer while optimising our profitability.
- Communicate with internal/external customers whenever changes ocurr that may affect their requirements.
- Resolve conflicts and provide timely and successful solutions to internal/external customers as required.
- Completion of performance reports, metrics and monitor in line with company objectives (e.g. on a regular basis as needed ).
- Exercise ownership in performance of duties.Seek problem resolutions using appropriate resources in a timely manner while minimizing cost impact to the company.

**Business Development Manager knowledge skills and experience needed.**
- Experience selling to Transport companies, trailer and body builders that require vehicle curtain-sides
- Ability to travel circa 40% as some overseas training and site visits may be required for training, exhibitions, management meetings.
- Sales experience within the heavy commercial vehicle sector or extensive customer relevant experience.
- Full Clean UK driving licence.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result driven environment.
- Integrity, reliability and maturity.

**Location
The role will be working from home and involve travelling to a variety of sites throughout the UK. There will be a requirement for some European travel to support shows, events meetings and training as needed.
