**The Role**

Key purpose of the role is to assist the Asset Maintenance Team Leader in maintaining the Operational and Investment Property Assets of the client.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Assist with the development of contract specifications and schedule of rates for the

maintenance, improvement, and alteration for all corporate buildings
- Assist with the development and implementation of asset management and repairs IT

Systems.
- Help deliver a planned maintenance programme and budget for all corporate assets.

To be considered for this role you will require **HNC** or **HND** in Building Studies.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering **£20 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35**.
