**REQUIREMENTS FOR ROLE**:

- Minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification
- To be suitably experienced in a busy nursery environment
- Having a positive, cheerful, helpful attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

**RESPONIBILITIES FOR DEPUTY ROOM LEADER**:

- Maintain a safe, secure, and caring environment in which you can deliver high quality teaching and learning experiences.
- To support the Room leader in leading the room team, providing a friendly, caring and stimulating environment to encourage and develop children in our care.
- Responsible for leading a Room Team in the Room Leaders absence.
- To support the Management team in maintaining staff levels.
- You will be expected to go that extra mile to help deliver the Green Rascals vision of Exceptional Childcare in Exceptional Surroundings.
