**Requirements**:

- Advanced knowledge of Windows server estates, Telephony, storage systems SAN (HP, EMC), Linux, Hardware (Dell, HP, IBM), monitoring systems (SNMP, PRTG), Exchange, O365, Backup and restore systems (NetBackup/Backup Exec), virtualisation (server and VDIVMware/Citrix).
- Awareness of compliance, methodologies and certifications (ITIL, PCIDSS,ISO27001).
