**Head of Social (Agency) - £60,000 - Manchester (Hybrid)**

This is a client facing role, acting as the main PoC for a number of small, key accounts on a day-to-day basis, creating strategy and overseeing the execution via the delivery team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead on a select number of key accounts acting as the main PoC
- Create and oversee the execution of Social strategies
- Line manage a small team across Paid / Organic Social, oversee areas of training and development
- Manage channel budget, forecasts and overall holistic performance - reporting to key stakeholders
- Identify areas for growth and commercial opportunities amongst existing and new business

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working in a senior Social role (or similar)
- Proven experience managing and developing a small-team
- Experience cross-selling and growing business is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, this is a client-facing role
- Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines
