An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Studley site for an HR Advisor. This is a full-time, permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dealing with all employee relations issues on site including formal capability meetings, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary meetings.
- Supporting managers with all absences such as sickness, maternity, paternity and annual leave queries.
- Attending employee council meetings, consulting with Employee Reps and developing action plans where required.
- All recruitment and selection activities for the site, covering permanent and temporary roles.
- Using the HR and T&A system for data analysis and KPIs
- Ensuring all personnel changes such as promotions, change in departments, address changes etc. are processed efficiently and with appropriate contractual changes.
- Being a key contributor in HR projects to drive cultural change, policy deployment and organisational design across the site.
- Benefits administration for relevant employees.

Skills and Attributes:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A confident self-starter who is motivated and proactive and thrives on driving change.
Analytical mindset, confident using HR Systems, MS Excel and analysing data
Positive & approachable manner
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications and Experience Levels:

- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- 3 years in an HR Advisory role
- Worked in fast-paced, changing environment, ideally within the manufacturing industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
