Pay: £10.30 per hour
An Engineering company based in Pershore are searching for a Production Operative to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis working Monday - Friday 07:45 - 17:00 with a 13:00 finish on Fridays. The company themselves are a well-known company who offertheir services to a range of UK and International clients.
As a Production Operative you will be responsible for:

- Prepping metalwork ready to be painted using hand grinders and orbital sanders, removing welds and scratches
- Assisting with moving of stock and materials to different parts of the Production area.
- Moving through different parts of the Production area determined by the needs of the business.
- Other general Production/Manufacturing duties.
As a Production Operative you will be required to:

- Have worked as a Production Operative before would be beneficial but not essential.
- Precious experience in an Assembly or Manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
- Previous experience using tools would be beneficial but not essential.
- A committed and enthusiastic approach to work will be essential.
- Flexible with shifts and willing to work overtime as and when needed by the business.
