Trainee Painter and Decorator

We are currently looking for person willing to become the painter and decorator.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

- Working with the Maintenance Manager to ensure work is completed according to the requirements;
- Taking great care to prepare the surrounding area, including covering fixtures and furniture;
- Preparing painting surfaces, including removing old paint, filling holes and cracks and washing walls;
- Cleaning up painting tools and supplies, replacing fixtures and rearranging furniture after completing the project

Applicants must have an eye for detail, be proactive in their role and have a positive attitude.

**Experience**:

- painting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
