Bugalugs Pet Care is a UK brand that manufactures and sells a range of high-quality, vegan, and cruelty-free pet care products for dogs & cats, including shampoos, colognes, sprays, balms and supplements that are sold in Asda, Sainsbury, Pets at home, The Range and via our ecommerce channels including Amazon, Website, Ebay and Tiktok shop.

Due to expansion we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our brand. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. You will lead a team of 4 to execute impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, B2B and traditional advertising.

Collaborating closely with the Sales and Product Development teams, you will contribute to product launches and ensure effective communication of our unique selling points. You will also analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify new growth opportunities and strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- You shall develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth for Bugalugs Pet Care.
- We expect you to conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends in the pet care industry, and use this information to inform our marketing campaigns and product development.
- You will oversee the planning and implementation of all marketing activities, including advertising, photography/video shoots, promotions, events, and online/offline campaigns.
- Develop our TikTok channel by driving the team to create engaging content, grow TikTok shop sales and develop TikTok live shopping.
- We expect you to collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials such as brochures, packaging, and digital content.
- You shall manage and optimize Bugalugs Pet Care's social media presence, creating and sharing relevant content across various platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- We expect you to monitor and analyse key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- You will establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers (paid and non-paid), and potential business partners to secure positive press coverage and mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Be able to negotiate firmly with paid influencers and develop our ambassador programs.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging marketing trends, continually seeking opportunities to innovate and differentiate Bugalugs Pet Care from competitors.
- Give a detailed marketing report to the Managing Director every month.

**Requirements**:

- You must have a strong understanding of the pet care or similar industries including beauty, cosmetic and fashion. Be knowledgeable about current trends, products, and consumer preferences.
- Have a vast experience in Instagram and Tiktok channels. Having previously worked with non-paid and paid influencers to drive content on channels.
- Huge experience working with ecommerce channels
- You should have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for consumer products.
- Have previously organised photography and video creation of products and turned them into impactful marketing campaigns.
- You must possess excellent analytical skills to evaluate market data and consumer insights, allowing you to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- You must be skilled in managing digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, and PPC, to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our online store.
- You should have exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
- You must be able to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and differentiate Bugalugs Pet Care from competitors.
- You should be highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Package:
Salary £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience

Holiday 25 days plus bank holidays

**Salary**: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
