Our client manages the logistics operations of a wider petroleum distribution group. Their tailor-made logistics solutions allow them to move product by road, rail, ship, and pipeline, providing safe and reliable deliveries to customers. Led by a highly experienced team, all of whom have a deep understanding of the logistics industry, our client's aim is to manage and improve every single process, from when they first receive an order, to final delivery to a customer. They have a dedicated and professional team in the office and out on the road, and are resolutely service-orientated - focus is always the customers, whoever and wherever they may be.

**Key Duties**
- Responsible for all administrative duties in relation to transport operation.
- Daily Reconciliation of fuel deliveries against liftings
- Dealing with Terminal/Customer product lifting queries
- Assisting traffic desk in completing relevant duties
- Ensuring operations and paperwork remains compliant with reliant legislation and policies/procedures.
- Scanning and archiving paperwork
- Data Entry
- Maintain Records

**Key Skills**
- Fuel distribution and or transport experience preferable
- Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint Essential
- Good Personal management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent with Numbers
- Computer literate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
