Female Personal Assistant required to help me at home and in the community. I am 21 years old and very shy but have a great sense of humour when you get to know me.

I’m looking for someone who is more like a friend than an employee, this is a long-term position so I’m looking for someone who can commit to getting to know me and assist me in my daily life. Helping me to be happy and independent.

Since the start of the COVID pandemic I have found it very difficult to go out and need support to start socialising in my local community again.

I enjoy going out shopping, the cinema and pamper days. I have interests in reading, creative writing and gaming. I would also like to improve my skills in cooking and in IT.

Hours can be flexible.

**Personal Tasks**
- To support me with my healthcare needs
- Supporting me to have an independent life
- Supporting me when I am out an about.
- Sometimes prompting in relation to personal care
- Preparing meals when required
- Going out to see new things and places
- Driving my car
- Any other reasonable activities that may be required

**Qualities Required**
- Ability to take responsibility and calmly support me when I am anxious
- Reliability and punctuality
- Trustworthiness
- Must like dogs
- Sense of humour
- Willingness to train to meet my needs

PVG check and a full clean driving licence is also required.

**Pay rate: £11.50**

**Working hours: Flexible/Casual contract - can be up to 17 hours per week on a rota**
- The role requires close personal contact with an individual who is extremely vulnerable to the risk of infection and disease transmission. Preference may be given to applicants who have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Careful consideration will be given to applicants who can show the vaccination is not suitable for them on reasonable grounds._

**Hours of Work (with a degree of flexibility)**

Recruiting for 1 position

Contract will be a flexible contract to work up to 17 hours per week

**Hourly rate**:
£11.50 per hour
