Job Summary
- Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the world’s largest companies.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Service & Maintenance Administrator located in Kendal, England.

Reporting to the Service & Maintenance Manager, the Service & Maintenance Administrator role will be part of an excellent Service Division, whose members are strong communicators, ambitious & innovative. You will work across multiple projects supporting our Service teams both in the UK and abroad.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, however there is some potential of the role being made permanent as we continue to grow in all areas of the business.

What a typical day looks like:
- Processing customer and subcontractor orders- Managing the CPS works calendar & booking service visits- Report writing and site work analysis- Ordering parts and consumables as necessary- Arranging site access for engineers & undertaking briefings- Managing fault calls and warranty issues- Updating CPS systems accordingly- Ensuring any other operational duties are undertaken as and when necessary

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Self-Motivated and organised with strong attention to detail- Be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to interact with other CPS disciplines and work as part of a team or independently as required- Good level of literacy skills- Proficiency in the day-to-day use of Microsoft based operating systems (Outlook / Word / Excel)- Eligible to work in UK
