**Job Title: Appointment Booker**

**Overview**:
Join our dynamic team as an Appointment Booker at J&T Specialists. As a crucial part of our sales team, you'll be responsible for initiating and scheduling appointments with potential clients, paving the way for our Sales Consultants to showcase the value and expertise our consultancy services bring.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, creating a pipeline of prospective appointments.
- **Qualification**: Engage with leads to determine their needs and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Efficiently manage calendars and schedules to secure appointments for our Sales Consultants.
- **Communication**: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our consultancy services and set expectations for the upcoming meetings.
- **Follow-up**: Nurture leads through follow-up communication to maximize appointment attendance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in appointment setting or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Enthusiastic and results-driven with a passion for contributing to the success of the sales team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,088.00-£50,000.00 per year
