Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice. HMCTS provides administrative support for the legal system across England and Wales, ensuring justice works for everyone.
Our justice system defends our fundamental rights and freedoms. It is a cornerstone of our modern society and it must serve all those who call on it, when they call on it. From some of the most vulnerable people in our society, to families in crisis, claimants and commercial businesses - HMCTS has a responsibility to administer a justice system that is accessible to everyone and operates efficiently.

We have a great opportunity to work with one of our government based clients at Worthing enforcement office. Busy but friendly and supportive environment in which to work.

2 Fines Offices **THIS ROLE IS BASED ON SITE**
- **Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm**
**- PLEASE NOTE - 4pm finishes as arranged with your line manager on a rotational basis**
- **Temporary until March 2024 with possible extension**
**- Location - Worthing**

**- Pay - £11.88**
- **Full time 37 hrs per week**

Main duties:
Working on a back log of returned bailiff and arrest warrants

Dealing with incoming telephone calls from customers, bailiffs and courts

Initial training is in house 'on the job' where you will be buddied up with an experienced member of staff; using job cards and flow charts and the Civil Service Learning platform

Essential skills required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to make decisions and work to targets
