In this role you will efficiently cover high potential customers with engaging Education on and offline. You will efficiently work to develop Key Account and Key customers through delivering customized, inspirational & value adding Education, following the aligned Joint Business Plans.

Close collaboration with Key Account Manager & Area sales & education manager to cultivate strong business partnership with assigned Key customers to drive & maximize their salons businesses & reach targets.

You will work in close collaboration with your Sales team to partner with and support customers through every step of their career, to become passionate advocates endorsing Wella Education, and strengthening the largest community of Hair professionals in the world.

**YOUR KEY DELIVERABLES**

**Generate growth** by efficiently delivering inspirational and value adding Education across multiple touchpoints including in-salon, via Wella Studios/Training centers and virtually.Responsibility in the development of joint business plans together with KA Sales
Responsibility to achieve customer development & KA Sales targets
Co-responsibility together with KA Sales in leading regular meetings throughout the year with KA customers
Preparation, planning and delivery of upcoming initiatives for future Education needs, considering company focus, customer needs & objectives
Execute & track against defined KA targets taking into consideration; resources, company strategy as well as KA customer needs (using existing tools, e.g. eBooking/Totara/VISIT)
Plan, track & use in collaboration with KA/NAMS all assigned budgets within targets

**Gain **new customers by inspiring and influencing hairdressers and cultivating strong relationships that make you the preferred partner over other manufacturers.
- Joint responsibility in KA customer acquisition working closely with KA sales and Senior Education Manager Gain

**Build education reach and awareness **through social media activations that empower community engagement.

**Commit to invest in your Capability **enabling you to perform with excellence as well as being the center of expertise for your Sales team.

**YOUR CORE COMPETENCIES**
- You have a proactive and personalized approach to In-Salon training, Collective seminars and Virtual Classroom, always inspiring professionals to maximize the opportunity each client brings.
- You have strong ability to efficiently change behaviour through education
- You co-ride with your sales team, supporting them with new customer contacts, joint Gain visits and execute activities defined to reach Gain targets.
- You demonstrate fluent technical support in Customer and Sales meetings for all Initiatives and product launches.
- You are present on social media with a business account & engage with your communities to energize them to create content and drive earned awareness of education activities, product, and service innovations.
- You create Color & Craft focused content, Digital EduTainment, and always-on curriculum that drives consistent Color/Care/Education awareness, increased reach, and community generated content for your local brand and education accounts as well as your own business social media account.
- You represent Education internally and externally as an influential and credible face to the industry.
