Specialist Telemarketer

**Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm**

**Location: Hybrid home working and Chorley**

**Salary**:£25,000 with a generous bonus scheme

We are looking for a positive and tenacious person to join our team as a specialist telemarketer, To book qualified appointments for our advisers, helping engage clients with client portal, enabling our advisers to build long term relationships with the clients of our partners

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to book in appointments with our Financial Advisers with warm leads given to us by our partners at Caroola
- Build relationships with our Financial Advisers and our partners
- Maintain compliance with data protection
- Be proactive in utilising leads
- Understand whether there is a wider opportunity sat behind the initial lead and how this can be followed up

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent skills in communication and relationships building
- Be motivated and well organised
- Prior experience in utilising leads is essential
- Experience using CRM systems is essential
- Experience using excel spreadsheets
- Prior experience in telemarketing is desirable
