We are looking for a Childcare Assessor to join our team of apprenticeship assessors
This post is part time: 22.2 hours per week.
- You will manage a case load of childcare apprentices at the college ensuring that all apprentices are fully supported to achieve their potential and successfully complete their apprenticeship.
- The role includes all Assessor requirements such as carrying our course reviews, ensuxring the completion and logging of "off the job", putting together training plans and employer relationship building.
- Previous experience of apprenticeships i.e. Change in employment/break in learning etc would be desirable, as would a working knowledge of Onefile.
- Experience in delivering/assessing Childcare provision is essential with the holding of an assessors qualification desirable.
- A commitment to work hard with a keen sense of organisation are also important skills as is the ability to have fun and enjoy working alongside the fantastic staff and students we have at Harrogate College

This will complement the college’s existing tech centre which is home to its motor vehicle, electrical, joinery and welding workshops.
