Fellowship in North Devon Enhance Generalism Trailblazer programme.
The main aims of this Fellowship are to help in further development of the Enhance programme with a focus on implementation, training and evaluation and the post holder will be instrumental in developing, supporting and evaluating the North Devon programme in conjunction with the Trailblazer team and specialty department personnel.
The post holder will be instrumental in driving education and training reform as part of this national initiative and will lead on co-production and evaluation of various projects specific to remote, rural and coastal healthcare issues in North Devon, developing networks and championing the enhanced generalist skills project.
