The Car Group Ltd has an excellent opportunity available for motivated Aftersales Advisors to join the team based in Bury.

As Aftersales Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer service and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop, whilst offering products and services to customers to help them with their car needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inform and consult customers on their vehicle bookings
- To provide a consistent, high quality of service for every customer at all times
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls
- Liaise with technicians/workshop control
- Handle online customer queries and relay relevant information to applicable department
- Give the best and honest advice on our products and services to our customers.
- You will also regularly liaise with various departments within the business on customers’ vehicle aftercare
- Ensuring that job cards are raised accurately with a full description entered for the required diagnosis / work
- Ensuring all customers and third parties receive regular, proactive and accurate updates.
- Maintaining an excellent understanding of appropriate legislation in relation to the selling of used vehicles, including detailed knowledge of the terms of all The Car Group customer policies and products. Training will be provided.
- Managing, preparing and facilitating any customer reimbursements and settling sub-let contractual work directly through the accounts department
- Ensuring all customer information is handled in line with the FCA data security policy.
- A full UK driver’s licence (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Good eye for detail
- Punctual
- Professional
- Must be presentable, always
- A basic knowledge of cars (preferred but not essential) and related protected
- You will have the ability to build positive and lasting relationships

**Working hours**: Monday - Friday: 9am to 5.30pm, Sat: 9am - 12pm (alternate Saturday on rota basis)
