POSITION DESCRIPTION

Are you someone who is passionate about software integration?

At **Saint-Gobain Digital, **we are looking for **Scrum Master** to work with us on a hybrid basis out of any one of our main UK hubs, which are in East Leake, Elland, Binley orTadley.

**What you will do**:

- Contribute to and then implement an ambitious technical and digital delivery roadmap
- Lead Scrum ceremonies
- Work with and manage change
- Liaise and influence stakeholders/colleagues/customers
- Release software into production environments
- Supplier management
- Budget management - ensure the most effective use of resources and that all finances are properly managed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

**What we’re looking for**:

- Significant experience of delivering enterprise-grade digital solutions in a national or international multi-site business
- Experience of delivering digital development projects as a scrum master, project manager, or a work-stream lead through the entire delivery lifecycle
- Extensive experience and understanding of agile methodologies
- Has worked with 3rd party vendors globally
- Passion for delivering value by delivering solutions into the hands of our customers ASAP
- Good stakeholder management skills, and ability to influence others while remaining empathetic
