We are looking for a Site Manager & Groundworks Foreman to join our team at Enzo's We are a property developer with various current sites situated around Wales and England.

We are currently working on multiple sites in and around London as well as around the country.

**Previous experience is essential however further training can be provided**

**Job Role will include**:

- **Overseeing and Organising of all Groundworkers & Machine Operators in their roles as below**:

- _Excavating trenches including foundations, drainage, and services_
- _Site Clearance_
- _Laying drainage pipes, as well as constructing man holes_
- _Prepping roads, driveways, and pavements for tarmac or paving_
- _Laying kerbs_
- _External work to properties such as patio slabbing and plot drainage_
- _Other Aspects of Groundworks_
- **Ensure all site paperwork is kept up to date, including health and safety forms, plant checks, and timesheets**:

- **Organising on site deliveries, liaising with commercial team**:

- **Organising internal trades and finishes**:

- **Signing off Satisfaction Forms based on quality and quantity of work completed by sub-contractors**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £40,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
