**Job Title**:Administrator

**Location**:Kent & Canterbury Hospital, Ethelbert Road, Canterbury, CT1 3NG

**Hours**:22.5 - 37.5 hours per week, any 3, 4 or 5 days between Mon - Fri, 8am - 4pm

**Pay Banding**: Band 3 - £12.45 per hour

**Trust Location**:East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Booking local & general anaesthetic procedures
- Inputting data into computer systems
- Taking telephone calls
- Other general administrative duties

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Administrative experience_
- Good typing skills_
- Good customer service skills_

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
