Adecco are proud to be working with this well established client based in Cramlington who are looking for a receptionist to be front of house, manage appointments and enquiries.

The permanent working hours will be as follows:
Wednesday: 12pm - 4pm

Thursday: 11:30am - 8pm

Friday: 8am - 4:30pm

However, applicants will need to have flexibility to cover the opening hours of 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday, when required to do so, due to holiday/sickness periods.

**DUTIES**

Welcoming all visitors in a warm and welcoming manner and offering appropriate hospitality.

Receiving and dealing with telephone calls professionally, re-directing and taking

messages as appropriate, using initiative to deal with all queries.

Establishing and maintaining an online appointments system

Organising and maintaining effective manual and electronic filing systems.

Ongoing promotion of all products/services provided by the organisation.

Receiving and checking deliveries.

Any other duties as may reasonably be required to fulfil the role.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) to include English language and mathematics
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel & Outlook
- Previous database experience
- Previous experience working as a Receptionist in a customer focused role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sound organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
