**Job Advert**:
This role acts as the first point of contact for SEN support enquiries from SENCO's.

You will work on the SENCO Advice Line, taking calls from SENCO's and schools. You will provide information, support, signpost to other areas and make referrals.

You will be required to refer to and obtain information and support from other services and departments for the SENCO and School. This role requires you to work as part of a multi disciplinary team.

By working with schools and ensuring that a graduated response has been followed you will improve the quality of EHCP needs assessment submissions and ultimately SEN support.

You will provide support to SENCOs so that they are able to implement reasonable adjustments and SEND Strategies to support students in their schools at an early stage.

This role will require a good understanding of SEND processes, procedures and strategies. You will need to be a good team player with strong communication and analytical skills.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract. Working pattern 37 hours per week, term time only plus 3 weeks.
