**Qualifications**
- Passion for your role -We want to see that everyone is happy in their roles
- Team player You won’t be able to achieve success without this
- Adaptable and flexible -Both on the events and off. When it comes to working in events things change at any point
- Experience working in high volume environments -Don’t be intimidated, it’s busy, but wow is it fun
- Energetic and charismatic personality -We want to see presence on a restaurant floor, a Maitre’d style approach
- Pride in your work -A desire to create memorable guest experiences
