Overview:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Painter / Decorators on a Sub-Contractor basis to join our team. UTR Number and CSCS Card Essential. We have long term projects in Glasgow and West Central Scotland areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix paints and match colours to achieve desired results
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish
- Use masking tape and drop cloths to protect surrounding areas from paint splatters
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear when necessary

Qualifications:

- Proven experience
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Strong communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time

**Skills**:

- Painting techniques
- Surface preparation
- Colour matching
- Equipment operation (brushes, rollers, spray guns)
- Safety procedures

**Salary**: £17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

**Experience**:

- painting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- UTR Number (preferred)
