It’s an exciting time to join our Commercial Data Programme here at AXA as a Scrum Master, with significant investment planned in all UK&I businesses to transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. To help us build our Change capability, accelerate the delivery of our strategic programmes and drive the adoption of unified Agile ways of working and more effective change delivery across UK&I we’re looking for several talented individuals to join the growing team.

Data is a key enabler for our transformational change & integral to our Commercial Strategic Vision. Our Commercial Data Programme will deliver accurate, trusted data for reporting consumption. Our aim is to deliver MI/BI for use internally and externally to enhance data-driven decisions and increase data maturity/data culture.

Reporting into the Data Programme Lead, the Scrum Master will lead a scrum on the Commercial Data programme to ensure that the workstream delivers the required outcomes against an agreed delivery schedule. The scrum master will also create an engaging environment for the scrum team ensuring they understand the vision and impact of their work to drive the programme forward.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Monitors progress on data to day basis for all team activities and remove impediments
- Train, mentor and coach the teams to become self-organising
- Works with key change / product owner to ensure Epics and Features are clearly defined & suitable for reporting purposes

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years’ experience as Scrum Master
- Experience using Azure Dev Ops to manage backlogs and progress including implementing best practise
- Proven track record of working with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive out performance improvement across the organisation
- Experience of working in a high velocity Agile environment, understands the need for cross functional rapid decision making
- Effectively manages multiple activities of varying complexities with ability to translate between business and technology
- Ability to build teams of diverse disciplines required to deliver the programme

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
