Drumpellier Golf Club - Assistant Greenkeeper

We are seeking an Assistant Greenkeeper to join our enthusiastic team at a busy member’s golf club.

This role requires an experienced greenkeeper looking for a new challenge.

This is a full-time contract based on a 39 hours per week on a rota which includes weekends.

Requirements and experience:

- A minimum of 2 years’ green keeping experience.
- NVQ 2 or equivalent in sports turf maintenance.
- Able to mow all playing surfaces to a high and presentable standard.
- Spraying and chainsaw licences are desirable.
- Preparing & maintaining machinery for use & storage are desirable.
- Ability to set up the golf course in accordance with the rules of golf i.e. changing holes and moving tee markers is desirable.
- An understanding and mindset towards health and safety.
- Good time management.
- An ability to work well in a team and also the ability to use your own initiative when needed.
- Knowledge of golf and interest in playing the game.
- A full driving licence.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
