Crane are an established family business that have been designing and manufacturing luxury garden buildings for 50 years. They are one of the UK's leading Garden Building manufacturers and have strong links with the National Trust and are proud of the heritage and reputation they hold.

Due to the opening of their 14th show centre, which is based at Syon Park, Greater London they are looking for dynamic sales professionals to join their sales team.

**The role of a Sales Designer**:
As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be responsible for selling a range of bespoke, garden buildings direct to the customer. As a confident and outgoing person, you will use your consultative approach and customer service expertise to guide customers through the selection process and help them realise their vision of the ultimate garden building, offering a range of bespoke features and colours that best compliments their outdoor space. You do not need to be a design genius as you will be provided with all the tools & training necessary to be successful in the role.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to build relationships
- Proven experience of a consultative sales approach and great customer service
- Enthusiasm to become an expert in the full product range
- Confidence to overcome objections and close sales
- Previous sales experience is desirable, however a confident, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn is a must
