About the Company
One of the UK's leading law firms with a global client base is looking for an IT Desktop Support Analyst to join their team based at their site in London, on a permanent, full-time basis. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced andvibrant environment. Our client is looking for someone who has a passion for IT, helping others and can work with a smile on their face. This role requires a real team player who can manage their time efficiently and deal with any queries in a professionalmanner.
Your technical responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Assisting with the deployment of new systems
- Maintaining a high degree of customer service when responding to support issues
- Configuring, installing, maintaining and upgrading computer systems, hardware and software
- Restoring files or systems by designing, writing and implementing backup procedures
- Providing training to new users, temporary employees and ongoing training to the existing user base
Essential Skills and personal qualities
- Understanding of legal specific software (desirable)
- Experience supporting MS Office
- Excellent customer support and customer relation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
