Breakfast Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the breakfast service
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to company standards and food safety regulations
- Supervise and train breakfast staff, including kitchen and service personnel
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment in the breakfast area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a kitchen or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in food production and preparation techniques
- Knowledge of bartending is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £8.82-£10.92 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 16 per week
