We are hiring for **HR Ops / HR operations Reduction / redundancy**

**Location : Nottingham**
- Expertise in Planning, Accurate Meeting Minutes, communicating action plans, providing advice on processes
- Should have experience in redundancy consultation environmnet and experience working with recognised Trade Unions
- Should be comfortable having difficult conversations and confident in pushing back when necessary
- Highly preferred experience with Civil Service / pensions Compensation Scheme

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: £320.00-£340.00 per day

- Nottingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Redundancy consultation: 1 year (preferred)
- Civil Service / pensions Compensation Scheme: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- SC Cleared (required)
