**Who you will be**:

- Be responsible for health and hygiene standards.
- Comply with all health and safety requirements.
- Storage and delivery of produce as instructed.
- Maintaining stock rotation when taking in deliveries
- Maintaining an organized and clean goods receiving area in accordance with loading bay setup
- Ensure all produce in both bar storage and kitchen fridges organized & rotated.
- Data input to daily cost trackers
- All deliveries completed and recorded.
- Stock items used in the correct order.
- All produce to be unpackaged and stored in either cool rooms or dry goods storage areas.

Our flagship restaurant elevates the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft restaurant on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant boasts a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with views of the City.

Los Mochis City is our second location in London following the opening of the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.

**You must have the right to work in the UK without corporate sponsorship.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
