Are you a collaborative and empathetic Product Designer wanting to a new challenge in an environment that encourages growth and progression.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established agency who partner with clients to lead and facilitate the entire product lifecycle.

**The Role**:
The role will is remote first and will involve working closely with the product team to help lead and facilitate the entire product lifecycle for your clients to bring their vision to life.

The right person will have a 'go get em' attitude, a user centred design approach and not be afraid to get their hands dirty (metaphorically of course) We take career progression very seriously and are looking for natural leaders and mentors who are readyto take the next step in their Design career.

**Key Skills**:

- User focussed Design
- Leadership
- Propose and test IA, taxonomies, navigation and key product journeys
- Proficient at creating, planning and facilitating collaborative workshops with peers and clients to progress the product forward eg Prioritisation workshops

**The Company**:

They take learning and development very serious due their people over profit approach. Fridays are an opportunity for socialising an collaborating with other departments to learn off one another and further develop your skillset.

Their forward and user focussed thinking has led them to join a sign language training course to better understand how to design to deaf people.

Their state of the art office which has newly been refurbished, is based in Manchester's Northern Quarter is easily accessible by public transport links. Remote working is prioritised, you will have the flexibility to define what way of working suits yourlifestyle.
