The Job Role
- The experienced hotel Sales Manager will drive and sell all market segments for the hotel including leisure & corporate, with a focus on corporate business.
- This role will be reporting into the hotel General Manager
- Identify opportunities for new local corporate business through research, cold calling, networking events, etc
- The Sales Manager will be the face of the business during client show-rounds, FAM trips as well as representing the hotel & company at trade shows & exhibitions
The Requirements
- The experienced Hotel Sales Manager will have previous experience and proven success in a proactive sale role
- Solid track record of securing new business within the MICE & corporate sectors.
- Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing the sales strategy
- Be able to use initiative and have the ability in negotiating rates to secure business at all times
