We have an exciting new opportunity for a Revit MEP Technician to join one of the largest Building Services Consultancies in the North-West of England.

This is a brilliant chance for a skilled and enthusiastic Revit MEP Technician to secure job working with a determined team, developing and expanding their knowledge to provide the top MEP solutions, with a real focus on sustainability design to reduce carbonemissions and energy usage.

Our client is based in the Manchester area and are happy to offer a flexible working pattern.

Salary on offer is between £30-40k depending on experience.

Essential Requirements
- Strong Building Services background.
- Proven experience using BIM software's such as Revit MEP & Navisworks
- Complex project experience, preferably within the Healthcare sector.
- Experience of working and liaising with associated engineering disciplines to deliver projects
- Ability to produce tailored building services designs to British standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
