**Payroll & HR Assistant**

We have a fantastic opportunity to join this innovative and nurturing educational organisation to provide them with an efficient Payroll Service. Your role will be a mix of HR and Payroll tasks, for which you will be given a full handover, along with trainingon the systems currently being used.

**Payroll & HR AssistantResponsibilities**

As the Payroll & HR Assistant some of your duties will include:
Processing the monthly payroll for over 100 staff, including calculation of pensions and benefits

Filing the pensions contributions and auto-enrolment

Month end reconciliations

P45s, P60s, RTI submissions

SSP, SMP, annual salary letters.

Resolving queries, payroll calculations

Working closely with HR and Director of Finance and Operations

Going above and beyond to help the team when necessary with recruitment and the HR database

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, with the opportunity for some hybrid working.
