An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Receptionist to work in Main Outpatients at Queen Mary's Hospital in Sidcup. You will be working colleagues and other health care personnel within the team who are qualified and unqualified to ensure smooth running of clinics and the delivery of all appropriate forms of patient care according to outpatient clinic standard and Trust policies, procedures and guidelines. You will be need to liaise with medical staff, clinicians, health records staff and other departments as appropriate, in order to provide an excellent standard of care and customer service
